You choose between ₹1,899 and ₹2,999. Within one business day, your coach personally messages you on WhatsApp, gathers context, sends a calendar link for a 1-hour video session, delivers a custom plan, and then supports you for either 1 month or 3 months depending on what you chose.

    Choose your plan and pay online

    You'll choose between the ₹1,899 Starter Session and the ₹2,999 3-Month Support Plan, then pay via Razorpay — UPI, card, netbanking, all the usual options. Takes about a minute. You'll receive a PDF invoice in your email automatically.

    We receive your details instantly

    Razorpay shares the four things we need to start: your full name, WhatsApp number, email (if you provided one), and the language you'd prefer the conversation to happen in — English, Hindi, or Marathi.

    Your coach reaches out on WhatsApp

    Within one business day of your payment, Swapnil or Mrunal will personally message you on the WhatsApp number you shared. (If anything looks urgent, sooner.) From here, the whole journey is on WhatsApp — no app downloads, no calendar tools, no scheduling email threads.

    We send a short health form

    We'll send a short health form and ask for 30+ health details so we can understand your current picture properly: sleep timings, energy patterns, symptoms, current medications, recent blood reports (if any), what you've tried, and what hasn't worked. Be as detailed or as brief as you want — the more honest the picture, the more useful the plan.

    We send you a calendar link

    Once we have the context, we share a calendar link on WhatsApp for you to pick a 1-hour slot that works. Recent blood work helps us understand your current situation much better. If your reports are older than 4 months, it is worth repeating them and sharing them with us on WhatsApp before your session date. Sessions are on Google Meet / Zoom — link sent to you before the slot.

    The 1-hour live session on Google Meet / Zoom

    We walk you through your custom daily schedule — your mornings, afternoons, evenings, food, exercise, and night routine. Plus the specific meditation and breathing practices we've picked for your concerns. You'll have time to ask questions about anything that doesn't make sense.

    Your support window begins

    After the session, your support runs according to the plan you picked. The Starter Session includes one month of unlimited WhatsApp followups with blood-work review and course corrections. The 3-Month Support Plan includes three months of unlimited WhatsApp followups and one mid-journey 30-minute live review call.

The honest timescale

We won't promise overnight changes. Real ones take time. Here's what to expect.

  • Days 1–7You're learning the new rhythm. Don't judge yet. Most people feel a bit clumsy with the practices in the first week.
  • Weeks 2–3First honest checkpoint. Sleep, digestion, and afternoon energy are usually the first to shift. If nothing's moving at all, message us — we course-correct.
  • Weeks 4–8Deeper changes start to show — BP / sugar / thyroid numbers begin to settle, weight starts moving in the right direction, mood feels steadier.
  • Month 3+By now the rhythm is yours, not ours. We stay reachable, but most people don't need much from us anymore. That's the goal.
