We don't push a universal "ideal" diet. We work with whatever you eat — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, eggetarian, or vegan — and shape recommendations around your kitchen, your culture, your budget.
You'll leave the session with both halves of the picture: what to eat for your specific concerns, and just as importantly when to eat it — meal timing turns out to do more for sleep and energy than meal content.
The lens is naturopathy, not a short-term fix. The aim is to build a baseline strong enough that pills and supplements stop being the conversation.
