Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we don't.

We collect the bare minimum we need to message you on WhatsApp and deliver your session. No analytics, no trackers, no resold data.

What we collect when you book

When you click Book Now on our site, the brand-styled form asks you for three things:

  • Your name — so we know how to address you.
  • Your WhatsApp number — so your coach can personally reach out within one business day.
  • Your email (optional) — so Razorpay can send you the PDF receipt. You can skip this if you prefer.

That's it. We don't ask for your address, your date of birth, your age, your gender, or any health information at the booking step. Health details come later, voluntarily, on WhatsApp — once your coach has reached out.

What Razorpay collects (separately)

Payment is handled by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Indian payment gateway. When the Razorpay overlay opens on our site, you enter your payment details (UPI ID, card details, or netbanking credentials) directly into Razorpay's form. Those details never touch our servers.

Razorpay shares only the following with us after a successful payment: your name, contact number, email (if provided), the transaction ID, and the amount paid. We never see your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle the payment data: see razorpay.com/privacy.

Where your data lives

We are deliberately a low-data business. After Razorpay shares your details with us:

  • Your name, phone, email, transaction record sit inside the Razorpay Dashboard, accessible only to the Simple Health Solution founders.
  • Your WhatsApp conversation with us lives on WhatsApp (Meta), under Meta's own end-to-end encryption.
  • Your health context, blood reports, and the plan we write you stay in your WhatsApp chat with us. We do not duplicate them into a database or a CRM.
  • Razorpay's PDF receiptarrives in your email inbox (if you provided one) directly from Razorpay's system.

We do not run our own database, CRM, or customer-data platform. There is no "account" to log into.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find most useful and where the booking flow loses people. This helps us improve the site over time. GA4 is loaded only when you visit www.simplehealthsolution.com — never on any other site.

What GA4 collects: anonymous statistics — pages visited, time on page, country/city (from your IP, which is then truncated by Google before storage under our anonymize_ip setting), device type, browser, and the funnel events listed below. It sets a handful of first-party cookies (e.g. _ga) so it can tell repeat visitors from first-time ones.

What GA4 does NOT collect from us:your name, your phone number, your email, your payment details, your health information, or anything you write in WhatsApp to us. We have configured GA4 with anonymised IP and disabled Google's advertising / signals features. We do not run a Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, retargeting tag, or any ad-network tracker.

Funnel events we record (no personal data attached): when the "Book Now" button is clicked, when the mini-form opens, when it is submitted, when the Razorpay overlay opens, when it is dismissed, and when a payment succeeds. We tag each with the page surface (e.g. hero, pricing_card) so we can see which surfaces convert.

Razorpay additionally sets its own cookies while its overlay is actively open — see their policy linked above.

Opting out:you can block GA4 with any standard ad-blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave shields, etc.) or via your browser's "Do Not Track" settings. The site works fully without GA4 — analytics affect us, not you.

How long we keep your data

Razorpay transaction records: retained by Razorpay per Indian financial regulations (typically 7 years for tax / audit purposes — see Razorpay's policy).

WhatsApp chat history with us: kept for as long as you and we choose to keep that chat. If you delete the conversation on your phone, your copy is gone. We retain our copy on our phones for as long as we may need it to honour the included follow-up window and revisit blood-work questions, after which we periodically clear old chats.

Email correspondence (support@…):retained in our mail inbox while it's useful for support, then archived/deleted at our discretion.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what we hold about you — write to support@simplehealthsolution.com and we'll respond within 7 days with everything in our records.
  • Ask us to delete it— we will remove your records from our reach (WhatsApp chat, support inbox) on request. We cannot delete Razorpay's transaction record if it falls under their financial-retention obligation — you can contact Razorpay separately for that.
  • Correct anything that's wrong — just message us on WhatsApp or email.
  • Opt out of follow-up — say the word on WhatsApp and we stop messaging you. Refunds, where applicable, follow our refund policy.

Children's privacy

This service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a minor needs help, a parent or guardian should book on their behalf and be part of the conversation.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material — for instance, adding analytics or a new payment partner — we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and (where practicable) message past customers on WhatsApp to flag the change. We will not retroactively change how we handle data we already hold.
