Terms of service

The deal, in plain English.

What you're paying for, what we promise, what we don't, and how to reach us if anything is unclear.

1. What you're buying

A Simple Health Solution coaching engagement under the plan you selected at checkout:

  • One live 1-hour 1-on-1 session with one of our founding coaches (Swapnil or Mrunal), delivered on Google Meet or Zoom.
  • A custom daily schedule tailored to your stated concerns — mornings, afternoons, evenings, food, night routine.
  • A personalised diet plan (Veg / Non-Veg / Vegan).
  • Workout guidance calibrated to your level.
  • A step-by-step meditation & breathing plan picked for your specific concerns.
  • Support after the session based on the plan you selected. The Starter Session includes one month of unlimited WhatsApp followups. The 3-Month Support Plan includes three months of unlimited WhatsApp followups and one mid-journey 30-minute live review call.
  • A complimentary copy of our Sleep Management PDF (single-user licence, see Section 6 below).

2. Price

The price displayed for the plan you choose at checkout is the price you pay. Today that means either ₹1,899 for the Starter Session or ₹2,999 for the 3-Month Support Plan. Payment is made once via Razorpay (UPI / card / netbanking). India-only, INR only.

We may revise the price for future bookings. Any session already paid for is honoured at the original price.

3. Refunds

Three tiers, summarised here. The full version, including edge-cases and our "we can't honestly help" promise, lives on the Book page.

  • Full refund — any time between payment and submitting your health form on WhatsApp.
  • Partial refund — after your health form is submitted but before you confirm a calendar slot.
  • No refund — once the session slot is confirmed. One free reschedule is allowed.

Override:if your coach reviews your form and honestly concludes we can't help with what you're going through, we initiate a full refund of the fee you paid — regardless of which tier above you're in. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay; the amount typically returns to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. How the session is delivered

After payment, your coach reaches out on WhatsApp within one business day. We gather context (your day, your concerns, any recent blood reports) over WhatsApp, then send a calendar link for you to pick a 1-hour slot. The session itself runs on Google Meet or Zoom — your choice. We send the link before the slot.

Rescheduling: one free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 12 hours before the confirmed slot. No-shows are not refunded but can be rescheduled once if you reach out within 48 hours.

5. The support window

Your support window depends on the plan you purchased. The Starter Session includes one month of unlimited WhatsApp followups. The 3-Month Support Plan includes three months of unlimited WhatsApp followups and one mid-journey 30-minute review call. Use this window for course corrections, accountability nudges, blood-work review, or any honest question about your plan. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days.

6. Intellectual property

The custom daily schedule, diet plan, workout guidance, and meditation / breathing plan we write for you are yours to use — for yourself. You may share specific pieces with your doctor or close family on a personal basis.

The complimentary Sleep Management PDF is licensed to you for personal, single-user use only. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publish it. Our coaching framework, written content, and brand assets (logo, copy, design) remain the property of Simple Health Solution.

7. Educational coaching, not medical advice

Simple Health Solutionprovides educational coaching. We are not a substitute for your physician. Full details, safety notes, and the "when to seek immediate medical attention" list live on our health disclaimer page. By booking, you confirm you have read and accept that disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Results vary based on consistency of practice and individual factors. To the extent permitted by Indian law, the maximum amount we can be liable for, under any circumstance arising from your booking, is the fee you paid.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the practices we suggest — you remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting a qualified medical professional where appropriate.

9. Mutual respect

We treat you as a thoughtful adult. We expect the same. We reserve the right to end the engagement and refund pro-rata if the conversation becomes abusive, threatening, or otherwise outside the scope of a respectful coach-client relationship. This has never happened. We hope it never does.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future bookings — for example, if we add a new payment option or expand the service. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Any booking you have already paid for is governed by the terms that were in effect on your booking date.
